Airport Meeting Procedures

ORD (O'Hare International Airport)

Curbside or Will Call
Arriving passengers should call their limousine service once they have claimed their luggage.  They will then be provided with a license plate number, a description of the car, and/or  a door number where they can meet their driver..  Liveries can only meet passengers at the lower level center lane (lane 2).  Depending on airport traffic it can take between 5 and 20 minutes for your vehicle to get to your designated pickup location.

Driver in Baggage
In this scenario your driver will be waiting for you in the baggage claim area of your flight or in any other per-designated pickup location within the terminals baggage claim area.   Your driver can then assist you with your luggage and take you directly to your vehicle.  O'Hare provides designated livery parking directly across form each of the terminals. It is typically a 5 to 7 minute walk to the vehicle.

Airport Rep/Meet and Greet Service
Some limousine services have employees that are available to meet arriving passengers in the baggage claim area or arrival gate as they deplane.  When utilizing this type of service once you are met by this individual they can assist you with your luggage and call the vehicle down to the terminal.  They will stay with you until you are safely seated in your vehicle.  * NOTE – Individual company services may vary.  When making reservations, please verify services and prices.

MDW (Midway International Airport)

Curbside or Will Call
Arriving passengers should call their limousine service once they have claimed their luggage.  You will then be provided  with a license plate number, a description of the car, and/or  a door number where they can meet their driver.  Depending on airport traffic it can take between 3 and 10 minutes for your vehicle to get to your designated pickup location.

In this scenario your driver will be waiting for you in the baggage claim area of your flight or in any other per-designated pickup location within the terminals baggage claim area.   Your driver can then assist you with your luggage and proceed directly to your vehicle.  Midway Airport provides convenient  livery parking, it typically requires a 5 to 7 minute walk to the vehicle.
